You may return items for exchange or returns within 5 days from which your purchase arrived. The items must be postmarked within 5 days or the item will be returned to you.
All items must be in the original condition, with the labels, tags, plastic wrapping still intact, or we will not accept your return.
A restocking fee up to 20% may occur depending on how large the order is. Please be aware of this before making any purchases. The restocking fee maybe smaller, but will never be over 20%.
We will not return ANY wholesale orders, unless there is a defect in the purse(which is very unlikely). We will only exchange it for the same item or another item of equal or lesser value. You agree you will pay the shipping cost to us, and the will pay an additional shipping fee to have the item returned to you. Please purchase 1 bag first to check the quality. We will not return any whoesale orders at all.
We will send you a form you will need to fill out and mail to us back with your return. Please do not mail anything back without emailing us first.
All returns must have insurance and/or delivery confirmation depending upon the shipping sevice you use.
We do NOT take returns after 5 days, so please make sure you look everything over when you receive your items and contact us immediately if there is a rare occassion.
